Due to the digital nature of our products and services, and the fact that access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer:

2. Immediate Access & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By purchasing a subscription or any digital product from Hawkmont Research, you expressly agree that:

Access to digital content begins immediately after purchase

You request immediate performance of the service
and

You acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided under EU consumer protection laws for digital content
This waiver applies once access to the content has been granted.
3. Subscription Terms
a) Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
b) Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

No partial refunds will be issued
5. Failed Payments

in cases of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.
